Exercises on water in Altea
In a natural environment as beautiful as that of the Bay of Altea (natural protected area in the Sierra Helada Natural Park) you can combine Pilates exercises on a Paddlesurf (SUP) board in the water, where the abdominal and elasticity work is more intense and refreshing for the body, and relaxing for the mind. It improves coordination and balance, strengthening muscles and increasing flexibility.
We offer sessions of 60 to 90 minutes, an activity suitable for all audiences and that does not require previous experience. In addition, our instructor Elena is a pioneer of this type of Pilates, the best by far!
And at the end of the activity, you can relax and enjoy a drink or snack.
Combine Sup pilates & yoga with Paddle Surf (Stand Up Paddle) – the most complete exercise you can do to awaken the body and mind. Suitable for all audiences and ages.
We offer 75 or 90 minutes sessions, an activity suitable for all audiences and that does not require previous experience. In addition, we offer 2 different sessions with 2 different instructors (Elena or Gabriel), in order to offer a more relaxing session and a more intense and physical one
